Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your BulkScoutAI account and personal data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what gets removed, what we keep, and how long it takes.

How to delete your account

Option 1 — Delete it yourself (recommended)

Sign in to your account, open your Dashboard, scroll to Delete account, confirm with your password, and your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't sign in, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you. Please use the subject line “Account deletion request.”

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your account and login credentials (email address, name, and password).
Your profile and account settings.
Your subscription and plan details.
Your saved searches and scan history.
Your AI scan results and processing history.
Any photos or images associated with your account that are stored on our servers.

What data is retained (and for how long)

Billing and transaction records. If you made a payment, our payment processor (Stripe) and we may retain limited transaction records for as long as required by law for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes (typically up to 7 years). These records are not used for any other purpose.
Anonymized, aggregate data. Data that can no longer identify you (for example, aggregate usage statistics) may be retained indefinitely.

Aside from the limited records above, all of your personal data is permanently deleted.

How long it takes

Self-service deletion (from your Dashboard) takes effect immediately.
Email requests are completed within 30 days, though we usually process them much sooner.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will lose access to your plan, scan history, and any remaining credits. If you have questions before deleting, contact us at [email protected].
